Ventia was established in the year 2015 after the merger of Leighton Contractors Services division, Thiess Services, and Visionstream. In the year 2020, Ventia grew to combine more than 50 years of experience and industry knowledge through the acquisition of Broadspectrum (formerly Transfield Services). In November 2021 we were listed on the ASX in addition to the NZX with the ticker symbol VNT. Today, we employ of more than 35,000. (employee as well as subcontractors) across Australia and New Zealand.
